Boosting Immune System Against Coronavirus Pandemic

The Coronavirus also known as COVID-19, which the origin is much debated, became a pandemic on March 11, 2020, as declared by WHO.

There is still no known viable vaccine yet, but we can always boost our immune system to fight against this pandemic and all other types of viral sickness, or at least minimize the risk and possible fatalities.

What I've been doing is getting a proper hygiene, eating food rich in antioxidants and antiviral properties, and following preventive measures while in public.

At home, our recipe for an antiviral drink is coconut water mixed with honey and calamansi (citrus).

Coconut water is great against killing or minimizing lipid-coated viruses such as flu, honey for boosting overall health, and calamansi for the vitamin c that aides the immune system. Sometimes we mixed it with gin or whiskey for some kicks.

This drink goes with the antiviral food we eat at home, in order boost our immune system. Although, I don't claim that this will cure most pandemics, but I'm sure it will greatly improve our immune system to lessen the risk.

Stay safe and healthy.
